John and Tami Trevaskis are the owners and operators of Jackson Cleaners.

Back in 1912 John's Great-Great Grandfather, Robert Mounter was the owner of Jackson Cleaners. In the mid 1920's the Dayton brothers acquired Jackson Cleaners and operated it until 1936 when it was purchased by John's Grandparents, Vern and Ruby Mounter. they operated Jackson Cleaners for 42 years when they sold it to John's Parents, Norman and Elaine Trevaskis. Norman helped operate the cleaners for Vern since the mid 1960's, while Ruby performed alterations since 1936. In 2000 the current owners, John and Tami Trevaskis purchased Jackson Cleaners.

Today you will see John and Tami actively running Jackson Cleaners. You will see Tami welcoming customers as they enter the doors, answering any questions that customers may have, giving tours of the facility or just chatting with good people. You may see John at the spotting board removing stains, pressing garments, Tailoring or repairing customers clothes or maintaining one of the many pieces of equipment in the facility.

John and Tami are very "hands-on" owners, and you will most likely see one, or both of them present during business hours (or after business hours for that matter)!!
